Distribution of Warmth to the Shivering Homeless

Bliss Charitable Society has taken up one more programme to serve homeless shivering people in this cool winter season by distributing around 100 blankets and warm clothes on 8th Dec 2013, the sunday night. The areas covered are Habsiguda, Nacharam, Uppal, Mettiguda and Secunderabad. We are happy that we could cover the age groups right from months old kids to senior citizens above 80 years. We were lucky enough to have the blessings of the receivers of the warmth on the roads.

Health Camp has been a Grand Success!!!

The Free Health Camp conducted yesterday by Bliss Charitable Society was a Great Success. The Doctors Dr.Asha Rani, Medical Superintendant and Dr. Navatha of Sharada Devi Hospital, Sainikpuri, hyderabad were very kind to accept our request to extend free medical treatment to the needy children and adults of various slum areas of Kamala Nagar Colony. The camp was conducted at Kamala Nagar Grounds, near ECIL, Hyderabad between 9 AM to 5 PM. Around 150 people of various age groups were very happy to avail the facility. The beneficiaries were provided with the free medicines as prescribed by the Doctors

Further, for the benefit of the people in future, we provided a medical kit containing all the required important general medicines and handed over to the colony organizers. The colony president was very much delighted and appreciated the service motive and efforts of the members of Bliss Charitable Society.

At the end of the day, we also distributed each family of the slum areas with fruits like apples, bananas and nutritious glucose biscuits.

Our members are immensely satisfied with the way the proceedings have taken place as per our planning done during past four weeks.
